The governments of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone are to secure environmentally responsible mining rules and techniques, coupled with long-term economic viability, to control exploration and mining by private enterprise. Minerals of interest include, but are not limited to all active, surveyed, determined. Prospective and reserve deposits of diamond, gold, silver, platinum, petroleum, timber, clay, silica, barite, kyanite, iron ore, bauxite, and other natural resources.

There is increasing interest in the possibility of commercially exploitable offshore crude oil deposits along the Atlantic Coast. The governments of Guinea and Liberia are willing to provide further details at meetings in Conakry and Monrovia:

• geological settings
• data on source and reservoir rocks

OIL RESERVES LIBERIA: Liberia has several free blocks offshore oil left. Recently the US claimed some blocks. Due to our excellent connections with the president of the National Oil Company MRBC are in a position to get access to the seismic figures and acquire the rights for our client(s).

OIL RESERVES GUINEA: The Presidency of Guinea has asked us to attract investors for further exploration, drilling and developing of offshore oil and onshore natural gas sources. The concessions would be one of the largest exploration areas in the world.
