Landowners (or duly authorized representing mandate-holders) with clear title of at least 100ha, can join WAL for FREE.
Landowners must provide clean and clear title with legalized documents to WAL and officially entitle WAL to offer the available land
to potential lessees (land claimers and project developers), for a one (1) year option in a deal-memo with the condition to decide
within one (1) year to activate the option into a full term 50 year extendable lease agreement.
Land claimers (investors) have to pay a Good Faith sum of $1.00/ha ($0.40/acre) to landowners for a single year option.
The objective is to obtain 50 year lease agreements at a starting annual lease price of $10/ha ($4/acre) with annual inflation index
correction of 2.5% plus additional conditions including a fair stake, jobs, a social program and improvement of infrastructure.
If the investor/land-claimer does not enter into a final agreement with the landowner within one (1) year after signing a deal-memo, the option
automatically expires.
WAL charges a fair commission fee from the landowner per successful transaction.
