Africagora cordialy invites you and your organization/company to attend to its forum in order to hear your opinions about the themes, and to make contacts with French and European firms who are interested to invest in Africa. Many African entrepreneurs from Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Congo, Congo-DR, Gabon, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Mauritania, Burkina Faso and Mali, will attend.

Africagora welcomes some great speakers: Djibril Diallo (UNDP, new-York), Louis Diakité (Afripa Télécom/Titan), Jacques Bonjawo (Microsoft, redmond), Cheick Modibo Diarra (Nasa / Fondation Pathfinder), Moussa Touré (UEMOA, Ouagadougou) and N'Dioro Ndiaye (IOM, Geneva), etc.


The forum is organized with the help of Mr Bertrand Delanoé, The Mayor of Paris, Mr Moussa Toure, President of the UEMOA Commission (West African Economical and Monetary Union), Mr Djibril Diallo, Director of communications of UNDP, The Trade Partners UK and two Ivoirian organizations of investment and export (CEPICI and APEX-CI).


After a press conference in Abidjan and before participating in a forum of KEN in Nairobi (on 13th and 14th September)

a meeting for entrepreneurs from Senegal.

"Africagora Technologies 2001"

is the 2nd edition of its business forum dedicated to the networking and the business opportunities in the technologies with Africa and Africans. These meetings are occasions of first contacts enters on one hand, the investors, the suppliers of software, materials and solutions e-business, and on the other hand, the deprived operators established in Africa as well as the African engineers, consultants and project managers interested in Africa’s markets.

This forum will take place on the 29th September 2001 in Le CNIT Paris - La Défense.


After the other forums of successful integration - cultural, social, sports - and before the hatching of a political force - what place takes economy in the integration of the Africans into Europe? Such will be the main subject of this forum which will try to answer the other questions:

  • How takes place the integration of the Blacks in the other countries of Europe?
  • Which visibility and weight for the new local elected members with African origin?
  • How to create his own activity when one is Black in France with competency?
  • The brain drain and arms of Africa: to whom the fault?
    Remedies and solutions.
  • What roles for the black economic Diaspora in the creation of activities and employments, and in the development of the investments deprived in Africa?
  • How to find partners and markets into France/Europe with the help of Diaspora?
